7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Colombo District Courts.
